Hospitality

Hospitality is Discontinue's first vertical, with first-class support for the Apaleo PMS. Connecting Apaleo takes one OAuth round-trip, during which you choose exactly which data areas to grant: reservations, availability and inventory, rates, folios, invoices, and accounting. Apaleo can also push reservation events, which agents can react to the moment they happen.

Everything below is built with the standard building blocks: chat, reports, agents, and channels. These are patterns hotel teams actually run, not hypotheticals.

Daily operations

Morning operations report. Arrivals, departures, in-house count, and occupancy for the day, per property, delivered at 7:00 to the front-desk Slack channel. The team starts the shift with the day's picture already in the channel where they coordinate.

One-off questions in chat. "How is occupancy looking over the holiday weekend?", "Which arrivals tomorrow have unpaid folios?" Answers come from Apaleo live, with tables and charts inline, and any answer worth keeping becomes a scheduled report from the same conversation.

Revenue

Weekly performance report. Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR per property with a comparison to the same week last year, every Monday morning in the general manager's inbox. The email includes an Excel attachment for further analysis.

Pickup monitoring agent. Checks booking pace daily against the comparable period and stays silent while things are normal. Only a real deviation produces a message, so the notification keeps its meaning.

VIP arrival watch. An event-triggered agent inspects each new reservation as it is created and alerts the team's channel when one matches the criteria you described: rate, stay length, guest attributes, whatever matters to your operation.

Finance and back office

Month-end exports. A monthly schedule delivers accounting and invoice data as Excel files to your accountant's SFTP directory, named by a pattern their system expects. No one exports anything by hand.

Cross-system reporting. With Brevo and Google Analytics connected alongside Apaleo, one report can put campaign performance, website traffic, and actual bookings next to each other.

Multi-property setups

A single Apaleo connection covers all properties in the account, and reports can be scoped per property or aggregate across them; property names appear automatically in the output. Groups that want harder separation (different teams, different data boundaries) run one workspace per unit under the same billing account; see Workspaces & billing accounts.
