Team and roles
Everyone in a workspace shares its connections, chat conversations, reports, agents, and channels. Roles control who can change what.
Roles
| Member | Admin | Owner | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Use chat; create, edit, and run reports and agents | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Set up and manage channels | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Invite and remove members, change roles | ✓ | ✓ | |

The workspace creator is its owner. The owner's role cannot be changed and the owner cannot be removed. Note that billing is not a workspace role: subscription, plan, and AI credit belong to the billing account, which has its own owner and admins. See Workspaces & billing accounts.
Inviting members
- Open Settings → Members.
- Enter the person's email and pick a role (member or admin).
- Send. The invite email contains a personal link, valid for 7 days.
If the person does not have an account yet, the invite link doubles as their registration link; they create an account and land directly in your workspace, with no billing setup of their own. Pending invites can be revoked at any time, and roles can be changed later.
Multiple workspaces
A user can belong to any number of workspaces, each with its own role. Switch with the workspace switcher in the sidebar; the app remembers your last active workspace. Everything you see (conversations, reports, agents, channels, connections) always belongs to the workspace you are currently in.
