Introduction
Discontinue connects to the systems your business already runs on and puts a working AI layer on top. You describe what you need in plain language; the product answers questions, delivers reports, and runs automations, all against your live data.
There are three building blocks, and all three are created by describing them in chat:
Ask a question and get an answer computed from your systems at the moment you ask, with tables and charts inline and a visible trail of what the AI looked at.
Structured, versioned documents built from your data, rendered as branded email, Slack or Teams messages, Telegram, or Excel files, and delivered on schedules you control.
Standing automations that run on a schedule or react to events in your systems, work through their instructions against live data, and notify your team when something needs attention.
All three share the same foundation: the connections your workspace makes once to your source systems, and the channels that results are delivered to.
What makes it different
Live data, no pipeline. There is no sync job, no warehouse, no stale copy. Every chat answer, report run, and agent run queries your connected systems at execution time.
Built by conversation, not configuration. There is no form builder and no query language. You describe a report; a specialized builder assembles it, runs it against real data, and shows you the result before you save it. Editing works the same way: say what should change.
Numbers you can defend. For sources that support verified complete loading, a report either loads everything or fails loudly. It never silently shows a partial total. Sources without that guarantee are flagged with a visible warning on the report itself.
Everything is accounted for. Reports keep an immutable version history you can roll back through. Every agent run records its full step-by-step trail. AI spend is shown in euros, per feature and per agent, with monthly caps you set yourself.
Predictable pricing. A flat monthly plan sets your capacity (workspaces, agents, reports, report runs). AI usage is prepaid credit on top, visible down to the individual run. There is no surprise metered invoice: spending can never exceed what you deliberately topped up. See Plans & AI credit.
Your data stays yours. Chat and reports only read from your systems. Results can be exported as PDF, Excel, or HTML, delivered to your own infrastructure over SFTP or webhooks, and read via API.
Discontinue is industry-agnostic. The connector catalog is strongest in hospitality today; see use cases for what that looks like in practice.
